Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound sales leads via phone and email.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure retention and upselling.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to identify new market opportunities.
- Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales quotas consistently.
- Provide exceptional customer service to resolve inquiries and close deals.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service.
- Strong verbal communication skills with a focus on persuasion and active listening.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 4 PM - 1 AM or 5 PM - 2 AM).
- Proficiency in using CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar preferred).
- Self-motivated with a proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
