Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media prospecting.
- Present product demos and value propositions to prospective clients to understand their needs.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial lead contact to closing deals and onboarding new clients.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads using CRM tools.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and messaging.
- Track sales metrics and provide regular updates on pipeline health and forecasting.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in inside sales or B2B sales (SaaS experience preferred).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on persuasion.
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pardot experience required).
- Self-motivated, resilient, and capable of working independently in a remote-first culture.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with a focus on customer retention.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
