In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business through cold calling and relationship building during the critical night shift. We are looking for individuals who are self-motivated, resilient, and ready to dominate their territory.
Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume cold calling and prospecting to generate new leads in the Philadelphia area.
- Present our premium services to potential clients, clearly articulating value propositions.
- Close sales and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and prospect data in our CRM system.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and upsell opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in outside sales or B2B sales environments.
- Must be available to work the night shift (evenings/overnights).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated with a hunger for financial growth and success.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
