Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify sales leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and CRM outreach
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while identifying new business opportunities
- Present product solutions tailored to client needs using consultative selling techniques

Qualifications
- 1+ years of inside sales or B2B sales experience required
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and MS Office Suite
- Exceptional verbal communication and persuasive presentation skills
- Ability to work independently while maintaining team collaboration
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
