What You'll Do:
- Generate new leads and qualify prospects via outbound calling and email campaigns.
- Conduct high-impact sales presentations to potential clients in the US market.
- Close deals and negotiate contracts to drive revenue growth.

- Collaborate with marketing and support teams to optimize the sales funnel.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
What We're Looking For:
- 1-3 years of experience in B2B Inside Sales (Tech industry preferred).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a desire to earn uncapped income.
- Reliable attendance for weekend shifts.
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).

Responsibilities
- Execute outbound sales strategies to identify and qualify new business opportunities.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closing the deal.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the technical team to resolve client issues and ensure satisfaction.
- Participate in daily sales huddles and strategy sessions.
- Develop and refine sales scripts to maximize conversion rates.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) as required.
- Experience with Salesforce, Zoho, or similar CRM platforms is a plus.
