Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify leads through strategic cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while presenting product solutions tailored to customer needs
- Exceed monthly sales targets through consultative selling techniques and persistent follow-up
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to accurately track sales activities, pipeline, and client interactions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and satisfaction
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to refine product knowledge and sales methodologies
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of B2B sales or inside sales experience with proven track record
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex solutions clearly
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce experience strongly preferred)
- Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to work independently in remote settings
- Strong time management skills with ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
- Comfortable making 50+ outbound calls per day and handling rejection professionally
- High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred
- Available to work full-time night shift (Monday-Friday, 6 PM - 2 AM EST)
