Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new business leads through multi-channel prospecting (phone, email, LinkedIn)
- Build and nurture client relationships while presenting tailored product solutions
- Exceed monthly sales targets by leveraging CRM tools and data-driven strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve client inquiries and close deals
- Document all interactions in Salesforce while maintaining accurate pipeline metrics
- Participate in ongoing training to master product knowledge and sales techniques
- Identify upsell opportunities and maintain client retention rates above 90%
Qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B inside sales or customer-facing sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and sales automation tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex solutions
- Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to work independently during night shifts
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling capabilities
- Associate degree or equivalent professional certification required
- Availability to work Monday-Friday 8:00 PM - 5:00 AM CT
