Responsibilities
- Generate new sales leads through outbound prospecting, cold calling, and email campaigns.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to qualified prospects.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to closing the deal and onboarding new clients.
- Utilize CRM software (Salesforce/Sales Navigator) to track activity and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align on outreach strategies and campaign success.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure retention and upselling opportunities.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales quotas consistently.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of proven experience in inside sales, business development, or customer service (Entry-level candidates with strong drive considered).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities with a track record of success.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A valid driver's license and willingness to travel for team events (rare).
