Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads through multi-channel outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn)
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships across assigned territories
- Present product demonstrations tailored to client needs and pain points
- Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs
- Utilize Salesforce CRM for accurate pipeline management and reporting
- Participate in weekly sales training and team meetings
Qualifications
- 2+ years B2B inside sales experience (SaaS/tech preferred)
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Strong analytical abilities with data-driven decision making
- Chicago residency or willingness to relocate to downtown area
- Valid US work authorization required
