Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads and close new business through outbound calls, emails, and virtual demos
- Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation using Salesforce CRM
- Exceed monthly revenue targets while maintaining 95%+ client satisfaction metrics
- Collaborate with product teams to tailor solutions for enterprise accounts
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify growth opportunities
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline documentation and weekly performance reports
Qualifications
- 2+ years B2B inside sales or SaaS sales experience
- Proven track record meeting/exceeding revenue targets ($500K+ annually)
- Expert proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and sales automation tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex technical solutions
- Strong negotiation skills and closing experience in enterprise sales cycles
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays with one weekday off
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
