Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify new business leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and CRM management
- Present product solutions to potential clients via personalized virtual demonstrations
- Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales lifecycle
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining high client satisfaction scores
- Track sales activities and pipeline metrics using Salesforce CRM
- Participate in ongoing product training and sales methodology workshops
Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven inside sales experience in B2B technology or SaaS
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and sales automation tools
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex solutions
- Track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas in a target-driven environment
- Strong analytical skills for pipeline management and opportunity forecasting
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and virtual meeting platforms
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
