Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting and cold calling campaigns to generate qualified leads.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals and onboarding new clients.
- Utilize CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot) to track interactions, manage pipelines, and report on performance metrics.
- Collaborate with marketing and support teams to refine messaging and improve conversion rates.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue goals.
- Build strong relationships with new and existing customers to ensure retention and upselling.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or customer service.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills with a persuasive demeanor.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms (experience with Salesforce is a plus).
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (for occasional client meetings).
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
