The Role
As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of our brand, driving new business growth and building lasting client relationships. You will engage with potential clients, identify their needs, and provide tailored solutions that drive revenue.
Responsibilities
- Prospecting & Outreach: Execute high-volume outbound prospecting campaigns via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate qualified leads.
- Client Acquisition: Conduct compelling product presentations and discovery calls to understand client pain points and present value propositions.
- Deal Closing: Negotiate contracts, overcome objections, and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system (Salesforce/HubSpot) to track pipeline progress.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
- Team Collaboration: Partner with marketing and leadership to align on campaign strategies and optimize conversion funnels.
Qualifications
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to persuade and influence.
