Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and CRM outreach
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive long-term sales growth
- Exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets using consultative selling techniques
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Utilize Salesforce and other sales tools to track performance and identify opportunities

Qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B inside sales experience with proven track record
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional communication and persuasive skills

- Strong analytical skills for pipeline management
- BA/BS degree or equivalent professional experience
