Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities through multi-channel prospecting
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships via phone, email, and CRM systems
- Present product solutions aligned with client needs and achieve monthly sales targets
- Collaborate with marketing to develop strategic sales campaigns and follow-up processes
- Document all client interactions and sales activities in Salesforce CRM
- Analyze sales metrics and adjust strategies to optimize conversion rates
Qualifications
- 3+ years of inside sales experience with proven track record of meeting quotas
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and sales automation tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex solutions
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling capabilities
- Experience in B2B SaaS or technology sales environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
