Responsibilities
- Generate new business through cold calling, prospecting, and networking within the US market.
- Conduct needs analysis and product demonstrations for prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Close sales deals and negotiate contracts to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly quotas.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales strategies and collateral.
- Provide regular feedback on market trends and competitor activities to the management team.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in Outside Sales or Business Development.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a commission-based environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot) is highly preferred.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client meetings.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
