Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and qualify B2B leads through multi-channel prospecting (cold calling, email, LinkedIn)
- Develop and execute personalized sales strategies to exceed monthly revenue targets
- Present product solutions to key decision-makers via virtual demonstrations
- Maintain accurate pipeline data in Salesforce and track KPIs weekly
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead generation campaigns
- Close 15-20 qualified deals monthly while maintaining 90%+ CRM data accuracy
- Participate in quarterly sales strategy sessions and continuous training
Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B inside sales experience with SaaS/technology products
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas ($500K+ annually)
- Expert proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, and sales engagement tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex value propositions
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Strong analytical skills with experience in pipeline forecasting
- Self-motivated with ability to thrive in remote/hybrid work environment
- Knowledge of CRM analytics and sales methodologies (MEDDIC, SPIN Selling)
