Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume inbound and outbound sales calls to prospective and existing clients on the weekend shift.
- Present product demos and service solutions to potential customers, identifying their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of leads using CRM software (Salesforce/HubSpot).
- Process sales orders accurately and ensure timely follow-up on all customer inquiries.
- Collaborate with the Monday-Friday team to ensure seamless transition of weekend leads and data.
- Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Document all customer interactions and update account records in real-time.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Inside Sales, Customer Service, or Telemarketing.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent verbal communication, negotiation, and active listening skills.
- Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday shifts.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience is a plus).
- Self-motivated, resilient, and able to thrive in a target-driven environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
