Responsibilities
- Engage with potential clients via phone and in-person to identify their needs and present appropriate solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and effectively communicate the value proposition of our services.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers to ensure retention and loyalty.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets to contribute to the company's overall growth.
- Collaborate with the team to share best practices and strategies for continuous improvement.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales transactions in our CRM system.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree is a plus but not mandatory.
- No prior sales experience is required; we provide full training.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional demeanor.
