Responsibilities
- Manage a high-volume pipeline of inbound and outbound leads via phone and email.
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to track interactions, update client records, and forecast sales.
- Conduct needs analysis calls to understand customer pain points and propose tailored solutions.
- Close deals and secure contracts in a timely manner to meet monthly revenue targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to provide feedback on lead quality.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and retention through follow-up communication.
- Adhere to all sales scripts and compliance regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or customer service.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding monthly sales quotas.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Must be available to work the Night Shift (shift times: 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
