Responsibilities
- Prospecting & Outreach: Initiate contact with potential clients via phone and email to introduce our services.
- Needs Analysis: Conduct needs assessments to understand customer pain points and propose effective solutions.
- Relationship Building: Build lasting relationships with clients to ensure high retention and satisfaction rates.
- Lead Generation: Utilize CRM software to track leads, schedule meetings, and update client records.
- Goal Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience: No prior sales experience required; we provide full training.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a confident phone voice.
- Diligence: Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability: Reliable internet connection and ability to work during business hours.
