Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound sales calls and emails.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities within the local and national market.
- Build lasting relationships with clients and ensure high retention rates.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets (KPIs).
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales scripts and strategies.
- Process transactions accurately and handle customer inquiries professionally.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or customer service.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proven track record of meeting sales goals and quotas.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) is a plus.
- Self-motivated with a hunger for financial success and career growth.
