Responsibilities
- Prospect and Qualify: Utilize various channels (phone, email, CRM) to identify and qualify new business opportunities.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain and manage a consistent pipeline of leads, ensuring accurate data entry in Salesforce/HubSpot.
- Product Demonstrations: Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients to showcase our solutions.
- Closing Deals: Persuade prospects to schedule meetings, negotiate terms, and close sales contracts efficiently.
- Client Retention: Build strong relationships with new clients to ensure high retention rates and upsell opportunities.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Inside Sales or B2B Sales.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive and professional tone.
- CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive) is highly preferred.
- Self-Motivated: A hunger to succeed and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
- Work Ethic: Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
