Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify new leads through phone, email, and CRM systems
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships across New Mexico
- Present product solutions tailored to client needs and overcome objections
- Meet/exceed monthly sales quotas and KPIs
- Collaborate with marketing and technical teams for seamless deal execution
- Document all sales activities in Salesforce CRM
- Analyze market trends and competitor intelligence
Qualifications
- 2+ years B2B inside sales or SaaS sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Spanish bilingual skills highly preferred
