Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and qualify new business leads through cold calling, emailing, and social media.
- Present and demonstrate our premium products/services to prospective clients with enthusiasm.
- Effectively handle objections and negotiate terms to close deals and secure revenue.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system (Salesforce/HubSpot).
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align on outbound strategies and campaign performance.
- Participate in daily sales huddles to track progress and share best practices.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or Customer Success.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of exceeding quotas.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for occasional team meetings.
