Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new business opportunities through multi-channel outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn)
- Develop customized solutions presentations for SaaS clients across diverse industries
- Exceed quarterly sales targets while maintaining 95%+ CRM data accuracy
- Collaborate with Account Executives to transition qualified leads to closing stages
- Analyze market trends to identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities within existing client base
- Participate in daily sales huddles and quarterly strategic planning sessions
- Maintain 30+ outbound calls/day and 15+ discovery meetings weekly
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in B2B inside sales or tech sales environments
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas (120%+ achievement preferred)
- Expertise in Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex technical concepts
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Proficiency in objection handling and value-based selling methodologies
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, target-driven environments
- Experience with SaaS sales cycles and subscription-based pricing models
