Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and inbound inquiries.
- Conduct high-volume sales calls and emails to meet daily and weekly targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects to drive long-term customer retention.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies and messaging.
- Document all customer interactions and pipeline activity accurately in the CRM system.
- Close sales deals and negotiate contracts to ensure revenue targets are met.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high satisfaction scores.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in inside sales or customer service.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and holidays as required.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Resilience and the ability to handle rejection constructively.
