Responsibilities
- Prospect and acquire new commercial clients during evening hours (6 PM - 2 AM)
- Conduct in-person sales presentations at client locations across Charlotte metro
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers
- Exceed monthly sales targets through strategic territory management
- Utilize CRM software to track leads, pipeline, and sales activities
- Collaborate with day team for seamless client handovers and continuity
- Attend mandatory evening training sessions and sales meetings
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years outside sales experience with proven track record
- Exceptional face-to-face communication and negotiation skills
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
- Comfortable working nights and flexible weekend availability
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
