Responsibilities
- Proactively generate new business leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads to determine their needs and purchasing authority.
- Schedule and conduct product demonstrations and sales presentations.
- Manage customer relationships and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop effective sales strategies.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or Lead Generation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on closing.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
- Residency in or willingness to relocate to the Boston, MA or Virginia area.
