Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads through high-volume cold calling and outbound prospecting.
- Build and maintain a high-quality pipeline within our CRM system (Salesforce preferred).
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients via phone.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align on outreach strategies and campaign follow-ups.
- Meet and exceed daily and weekly sales targets (KPIs).
- Process orders and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing is a plus.
- Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, or telemarketing is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a confident phone presence.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to earn performance-based bonuses.
