- Prospect and engage with local businesses in the Austin metropolitan area through strategic in-person meetings
- Develop customized solutions presentations addressing client pain points and growth opportunities
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers across diverse industries
- Exceed monthly sales quotas while maintaining exceptional client satisfaction metrics
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation and post-sale support
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to track activities, forecast revenue, and identify market trends
- Participate in weekly strategy sessions to refine sales techniques and share best practices
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of outside sales or B2B sales experience with verifiable track record
- Proven ability to consistently exceed sales targets in commission-based roles
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with executive-level presence
- Strong negotiation skills with ability to close complex deals independently
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and sales analytics tools
