Responsibilities
- Proactively generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach
- Qualify leads and conduct needs analysis for B2B technology solutions
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales cycle
- Present product demonstrations and negotiate win-win agreements
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies
- Exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction scores
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to track all interactions and pipeline metrics
Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B inside sales experience with proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and sales automation tools
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with ability to articulate complex solutions
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling abilities
- Results-driven mindset with ability to thrive in fast-paced environment
- Associate's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for occasional client visits
