As a key member of our inside sales team, you will play a critical role in identifying new business opportunities, qualifying leads, and nurturing relationships with potential clients. This is a direct hire position offering the security of a full-time career with the flexibility of a part-time schedule.
Responsibilities
- Prospecting & Outreach: Execute high-volume outbound calling and email campaigns to qualified leads within the Indianapolis and Ohio markets.
- Lead Qualification: Assess prospect needs and determine budget, authority, need, and timeline (BANT) to ensure a smooth sales funnel.
- Relationship Building: Engage with potential customers to understand their pain points and present tailored solutions effectively.
- Closing & Follow-up: Guide prospects through the sales cycle, schedule demos, and negotiate terms to close deals.
- CRM Management: Accurately log all interactions, activities, and status updates into Salesforce or HubSpot.
Qualifications
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication, persuasion, and active listening abilities.
- Experience: Prior experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or customer service is preferred.
- Self-Motivation: A high degree of self-discipline and the ability to work independently without micromanagement.
- Goal-Oriented: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive) and Microsoft Office Suite.
