Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads through multi-channel outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn)
- Present product solutions and close deals in a consultative sales process
- Exceed monthly revenue targets while maintaining 25+ qualified pipeline
- Leverage Salesforce CRM to manage sales cycles and forecast accurately
- Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead generation strategies
- Attend weekly training sessions to master product knowledge
- Develop deep expertise in our SaaS platform and competitive landscape
Qualifications
- 2+ years inside sales experience with SaaS/tech products
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce/HubSpot)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent demonstrable success
- Self-motivated with competitive drive
