Responsibilities
- Prospect and engage with B2B clients in Detroit Metro and surrounding regions
- Develop customized sales presentations and product demonstrations
- Exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through strategic relationship building
- Manage full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure
- Leverage CRM tools to track activities and pipeline management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize sales strategies
- Attend industry events and trade shows to expand market reach
- Submit weekly performance reports and sales forecasts
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years outside sales or B2B sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with consultative approach
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client visits
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- College degree or equivalent sales certifications preferred
