As an Inside Sales Representative on the Night Shift, you will be the voice of our brand, connecting with prospective clients and driving revenue growth. This role is perfect for ambitious self-starters looking to build a lucrative career in sales.
Responsibilities
- Proactively contact potential clients via phone and email to generate qualified leads.
- Conduct needs analyses to understand customer pain points and propose tailored solutions.
- Close sales, negotiate terms, and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM system and update lead statuses daily.
- Collaborate with marketing and support teams to optimize the sales process and customer experience.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to persuade and build rapport quickly.
- Ability to work a flexible Night Shift schedule (e.g., 4 PM – 1 AM).
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and possess a hunger for commission-based income.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
