Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-channel sales strategies (phone, email, LinkedIn) to acquire enterprise clients
- Manage 50+ qualified leads/month through CRM pipeline with 25% conversion target
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead generation campaigns
- Present product demonstrations via Zoom and close deals with 6-8 month sales cycles
- Exceed monthly quotas while maintaining 90% client satisfaction score
- Document all interactions in Salesforce and provide weekly performance insights
- Participate in bi-weekly sales training and quarterly strategy sessions
Qualifications
- 3+ years B2B inside sales experience with SaaS/technology products
- Proven track record of exceeding $750K annual sales quota
- Expertise in Salesforce, Outreach, and Gong platforms
- Exceptional negotiation skills with complex enterprise contracts
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Valid Texas driver's license for occasional client meetings
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional evenings
- Proficiency in Spanish (highly preferred for Houston market)
