Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify leads through multi-channel outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn)
- Present tailored solutions to prospects, demonstrating ROI of our SaaS platform
- Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies
- Exceed monthly revenue targets while maintaining 25+ weekly demos
- Document all activities in Salesforce with 95%+ data accuracy
- Participate in weekly pipeline reviews and team training sessions
Qualifications
- 3+ years B2B inside sales experience with SaaS technology
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Expertise in Salesforce, Outreach, and HubSpot
- Exceptional communication and objection-handling skills
- Ability to thrive in remote-hybrid work environment
- Strong analytical skills for pipeline forecasting
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
