Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, and social media engagement.
- Build rapport with potential clients and effectively communicate the value of our premium services.
- Manage a high-volume pipeline using Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
- Handle inbound and outbound inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the marketing and account management teams to optimize sales strategies.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, or Sunday) as required by the shift schedule.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus.
- High level of motivation and resilience in a competitive sales environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
