Responsibilities
- Prospecting & Outreach: Conduct high-volume outbound calls and emails to generate qualified leads within the Illinois market.
- CRM Management: Maintain and update accurate records of all customer interactions, leads, and sales activities in Salesforce.
- Needs Analysis: Consult with potential clients to understand their pain points and recommend tailored solutions.
- Closing: Negotiate terms, handle objections, and successfully close sales to meet individual and team targets.
- Follow-up: Build long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and drive upsells.
- Reporting: Provide weekly progress reports on pipeline activity and forecasting.
Qualifications
- Experience: Prior experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service is preferred.
