Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting campaigns to generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the senior sales team.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to closing deals, utilizing CRM software to track progress.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure high retention rates and identify upsell opportunities.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to refine strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams to align on messaging and campaign goals.
- Meet and consistently exceed weekly and monthly sales quotas.
- Conduct product demos and presentations to prospective clients via phone and video conference.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or Telemarketing is preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and persuasion skills.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, competitive setting.
- A high school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is a plus.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new sales methodologies and tools.
