Responsibilities
- Proactively generate new leads and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients in the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
- Track sales metrics and activity using CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
- Collaborate with marketing and support teams to refine sales strategies.
- Travel within the assigned region to meet clients face-to-face.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of proven experience in outside sales or business development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive, consultative selling style.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation for regional travel.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A self-starter mentality with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
