Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect high-value clients through cold calling, networking, and market research.
- Conduct effective product presentations and demonstrations to showcase our premium services.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and messaging.
- Manage customer relationships post-sale to ensure retention and upsell opportunities.
- Document all sales activities and pipeline data accurately in the CRM system.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in outside sales or business development.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a persuasive tone.
- Self-motivated and disciplined with a hunger for achieving financial goals.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client meetings.
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required for top performers.
