Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition: Proactively identify, approach, and engage potential clients to generate new business opportunities and expand our market reach.
- Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with existing customers to ensure retention and identify upsell opportunities.
- Product Presentation: Deliver compelling and persuasive sales presentations that demonstrate the unique value of our solutions to prospective clients.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct market research and analyze competitor activities to refine sales strategies and stay ahead of industry trends.
- CRM Administration: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions within our Salesforce CRM system.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to drive company revenue.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align on sales strategies and provide feedback on customer needs.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-3 years of proven experience in sales, account management, or retail is preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive and professional demeanor.
