Responsibilities
- Prospect & Qualify: Generate high-quality leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
- Client Engagement: Conduct product presentations and demos to identify client needs and match them with our solutions.
- Closing Deals: Negotiate terms and close sales within the sales cycle to meet or exceed monthly quotas.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records in Salesforce/HubSpot and track pipeline activities in real-time.
- Client Retention: Follow up with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities.
- Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to provide strategic insights to the team.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in Inside Sales or B2B sales (High volume calling experience preferred).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive and professional tone.
- Tools: Proficient in using CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive) and MS Office Suite.
- Goal-Oriented: Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a commission-based environment.
- Attitude: Self-motivated, resilient, and eager to learn in a fast-paced sales culture.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred, but equivalent experience is valued.
