Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences through consultative selling and product demonstrations
- Achieve individual and team sales targets while maintaining brand standards
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and maintain cash drawer accountability
- Execute visual merchandising plans to enhance product displays and store aesthetics
- Collaborate with weekend staff to ensure seamless store operations and inventory management
- Participate in weekend sales events and promotional campaigns
- Actively identify cross-selling opportunities to maximize customer value
Qualifications
- 1+ years of retail sales or customer service experience preferred
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with diverse clientele
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday) with weekday flexibility
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and basic retail technology
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent required
