Job Overview:
In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities. You will act as the face of Apex Growth Solutions, building lasting relationships with key decision-makers.
Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and qualify high-intent leads through outbound prospecting and market research.
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations to demonstrate the value of our services.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to close deals that align with company margins.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and upselling opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine lead-generation strategies and campaign performance.
- Track all sales activities and pipeline data accurately within the CRM system.
- Participate in weekly sales training and team huddles to share best practices and market insights.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in B2B sales or business development.
- A track record of meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a persuasive and professional demeanor.
- High level of self-motivation and the ability to work independently without constant supervision.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is highly preferred.
- A valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client meetings within the Bay Area.
