Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound calling and email campaigns to generate new leads.
- Qualify prospects to determine their needs and purchasing authority.
- Present product solutions and value propositions to potential clients.
- Negotiate pricing and close sales within the sales cycle.
- Manage and update customer data in the CRM system accurately.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine messaging and strategies.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales quotas.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or Customer Success.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
