What You Will Do:
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound calling and email campaigns.
- Build strong relationships with prospective clients to understand their needs.
- Present product demonstrations and negotiate pricing to close deals.
- Manage the sales pipeline using CRM software (Salesforce or HubSpot).
- Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in Inside Sales or Business Development.
- Excellent verbal communication and persuasive presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting calls to generate new business leads.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads to determine sales readiness.
- Execute sales presentations and product demonstrations via Zoom or phone.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract renewal.
- Update accurate data in our CRM system daily.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on campaign strategies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or Telecommunications.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed.
