Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through targeted cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach
- Conduct product demonstrations and consultative sales presentations to C-level executives
- Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation using Salesforce CRM
- Exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets while maintaining 25%+ conversion rates
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies
- Attend weekly training sessions on industry trends and product updates
- Document all client interactions and pipeline activities in CRM system
Qualifications
- 2+ years inside sales experience with proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex solutions
- Strong negotiation skills and objection-handling techniques
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
